Best Commission Structure!
Joseph Dodge Real Estate is looking for talented real estate agents for our general sales, luxury homes, and condo division. We charge no fees. We don't charge a desk fee, a phone fee or a technology fee. You pay your association dues, MLS and Supra Key charges.
Your commission typically starts at 65% and will increase by 2.5% with each agent you recruit into our office. Your commission is capped off at 90% (That's only 10 agents!).
Additionally, after your first 5 transactions close, we'll pay you a BONUS of $1000!
